Job Overview
The Sales Department drives revenue and secures bookings through direct sales, relationship management, and ensuring all client enquiries and bookings are managed proactively. As a dynamic and rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply for the Sales Growth Manager role.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships by working with individual Corporate Negotiated accounts or Group Bookings on behalf of the hotel, focusing on maximum revenue per available room.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and client engagement
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, negotiate sales contracts, and work closely with the Conference Services team to ensure smooth execution of Group events
- Track and manage sales activities, maintain proper client records, and travel for Hotel's proposed sales trips where required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales, including at least 1 year in a similar capacity in a luxury brand
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the luxury hospitality sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a detailed manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
