Job Summary

Aber Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our dermatology clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Duties: Perform a range of clinical tasks, including scheduling patient appointments, registration, and assisting with smooth and efficient clinic operations.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage inventory, replenish medicines and consumable items, and operate the Clinic Management System.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, including registration, billing, and insurance claims processing.
  • Communication: Translate between English and Mandarin for doctors and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a clinical setting.
  • Skills: Good patient care and service attributes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Work Environment
  • Location: Orchard Area.
  • Working Hours: Staggered working hours, including Monday to Friday and Saturday.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary up to $3,500 per month and one weekday off-in-lieu weekly.
