Job Description

As a QS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contract documents, drawings, and client instructions in accordance with document control processes. Your tasks will include verifying drawings, preparing BQs, assisting in calling for quotations, updating budgets, and distributing updated documents. You will also be required to keep track of document tracking lists, attend variation meetings with project managers, interact with main contractors, consultants, and owners, and support project managers with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract documents, drawings, and client instructions according to document control processes.
  • Verify drawings and prepare BQs.
  • Assist in calling for quotations, updating budget, and distributing updated documents.
  • Keep track of document tracking lists.
  • Attend variation meetings with Project Manager, ability to interact with Main Contractors, Consultants & Owners.
  • Support project manager with administrative tasks.
  • Preparation of monthly reports.

Requirements
