We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

A SharePoint Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflow management, and security best practices. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint solutions that meet business needs, while maintaining data protection and system health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support SharePoint sites, workflows, and tools.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and SharePoint security to ensure data protection.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SharePoint performance regularly.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, system updates, and ensure smooth SharePoint upgrades with minimal downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with 5+ years SharePoint experience.
  • Proficient in SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online, and Sharegate migration tools.
  • Skilled in PowerShell scripting and understanding of SharePoint architecture components.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced teams.
  • Certifications in SharePoint, cloud platforms, or ITIL4 foundation preferred.
