Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support performance reporting and planning. This role involves data management, performance reporting, and planning & analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect KPI metrics data.
  • Work with the Data Analytics Team to translate data into management dashboards for performance reporting purposes.
  • Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies.
  • Participate in data-related projects and perform administrative tasks.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the function.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree: Business Administration/Banking/Finance.
  • Minimum 1 Year's Experience: Performance reporting or planning experience in a financial industry preferred.
  • Excellent Working Knowledge: MS Excel.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Stakeholder engagement.
  • Good Attitude: Confidentiality maintained during work.
