Role: Support Performance Reporting and Planning

Job Level: L Years of Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collaborate with stakeholders in the region to collect KPI metrics data.
  • Performance Reporting: Work with the Data Analytics Team to translate data into management dashboards for performance reporting purposes.
  • Planning & Analysis: Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies.
  • Participate in Data and Non-IT Related Projects: Contribute to initiatives beyond IT projects.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage SharePoint and shared folders, etc.
  • Prepare Periodic and Ad-Hoc MIS Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for the function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree: Business Administration/Banking/Finance.
  • Minimum 1 Year's Experience: Performance reporting or planning experience in a financial industry preferred.
  • Excellent Working Knowledge: MS Excel.
  • Fast Learner: Inquisitive mind and structured process execution.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Stakeholder engagement.
  • Good Attitude: Confidentiality maintained during work.
