Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our research team as a Research Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, supporting the preparation of research documentation and reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication and coordination within the research team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a recognised degree in any discipline and have postgraduate qualifications in healthcare, education, or research. A minimum of 2 years' work experience in administration management is preferred, along with database management and analysis skills. Experience in healthcare or healthcare education is also advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, is essential. The ability to manage data meticulously, work well in teams, and possess good interpersonal and communication skills is crucial.
