We provide consultancy and capacity-building services in social impact assessment and education, mainly for businesses, non-profit organizations, schools and public institutions etc.

Since we started in 2015, we have worked with various corporate companies, foundations and non-profit organisations on diverse projects such as Impact review for corporate social responsibility programmes, Fundraising Strategy Review for a Thai-based non-profit, a Youth Needs Assessment Study for a Singapore based non-profit and various social sector research such as state of philanthropy and social enterprises in Singapore, Myanmar and China etc.

**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Sector Research:

- Conduct in-depth research on social sector topics, trends, and challenges to provide actionable insights.
- Gather and synthesize information from academic literature, reports, and other credible sources.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Generate meaningful reports and visualizations to support decision-making.

Develop Qualitative Research Skills:

- Engage in literature reviews, data synthesis, and thematic coding of interview transcripts.

Develop Quantitative Research Skills:

- Use tools like Python, R, Excel, or other statistical software for data manipulation and visualization.

Application of Data Tools:

- Clean, structure, and analyze datasets to support organizational objectives.

Writing and Communication Skills:

- Create reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare content for stakeholders or internal use.

Exposure to Community Organizations:

- Collaborate with various community organizations to understand their challenges and operational dynamics.
- Assist in developing initiatives that address community needs.

Support Business Development:

- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and strategies for organizational growth.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for partnerships or funding.
