Freight Forwarding Executive

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and navigating the complex world of freight forwarding?

This role requires a strong focus on shipping documentation, day-to-day operations, and transaction management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling full sets of shipping documents, including PSA, Customs, TradeNet, and PortNet.
  • Managing day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area.
  • Arranging bookings for shipping documents, such as shipping orders, shipping notes, and B/Ls.
  • Ensuring timely dispatch of shipping documents.
  • Responsible for timely invoicing, insurance, credit notes, internal expenses report, and month-end closing.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.
