- Lead the analysis and design of intelligent AI-powered agents within cloud environments, leveraging Agentforce and Salesforce APIs.
- Synthesise complex business challenges into clear solution architectures and deployment plans.
- Provide comprehensive oversight for the successful deployment of Agentforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary contact for Agentforce deployments, building relationships with C-suite executives and customer stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on strategic goals and measurable value adoption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic solutioning and oversight of cloud-based technology deployments.
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Experience leading and overseeing deployments of AI/LLM technologies, including end-to-end engagement management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing executive customer relationships in a strategic advisory or consulting role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform.
- Knowledgeable across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
- Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, such as natural language processing.
