
Strategic Communications Lead for Healthcare Organizations

This role involves providing strategic communications support and advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. Key responsibilities include developing and executing campaigns that highlight organisational milestones, programmes, and innovations through digital and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and editing content for organisational initiatives, staff communications, and external platforms.
- Supporting crisis and issues communications by developing response materials and participating in preparedness exercises.
- Driving employee engagement through communication plans that strengthen organisational culture and values.
- Maintaining and improving communication outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree level in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- 3-5 years of corporate communications experience within the healthcare sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple communication channels, including internal platforms and social media.
- Ability to drive employee engagement and build a positive organisational culture.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor communication outcomes.
