
HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Operations Specialist. This position will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, contributing to recruitment efforts, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage employment-related documents such as appointment letters, increment letters, and certificates of employment.
• Support recruitment activities through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives.
• Manage work pass matters including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Administer employee benefits programs including leave management, medical insurance, and other benefits.
• Maintain and update the HR system including employee contacts and organization charts.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong interest in HR and administration with a willingness to be hands-on.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment and learning and development areas.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
