Lending Transformation Specialist
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization as a Lending Transformation Specialist.
As a key member of the corporate banking team, you will be responsible for driving the lending stream of our large-scale Core Banking Transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance, with hands-on experience in FIS ACBS (Asset-Core Banking System) configuration, implementation, or functional support.
Key responsibilities include leading the functional design of end-to-end corporate lending processes within ACBS, ensuring alignment with risk, regulatory, and business policies, and defining target operating models and process improvements for lending operations.
In addition, you will translate business requirements into functional specifications and ACBS configurations, conduct gap analysis between current processes and ACBS capabilities, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies.
Program coordination skills are also essential, including tracking deliverables, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution and supporting program governance with updates, risk mitigation, and steering committee materials.
Furthermore, you will partner with stakeholders in corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, and finance, facilitating workshops and decision forums to resolve cross-functional challenges and serving as the trusted SME on ACBS and lending transformation.
To succeed in this role, you must have 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, with expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance, as well as hands-on FIS ACBS experience. You should also have 10+ years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs and deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and program governance tools, familiarity with integration patterns and surrounding systems, and certification in FIS ACBS or related corporate lending solutions.
