About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our compliance initiatives and drive strategic growth in the on-chain transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the on-chain transaction processes.
  • Conduct competitor & user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the on-chain transaction processes.
  • Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of product management experience; experience designing and building compliance KYC systems or other compliance systems (sanction screening system, compliance supervision services, compliance transaction monitoring, etc.) would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the risks and compliance in the crypto industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - having worked in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities.
  • Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs.
