Retail Excellence Manager Job

As the Retail Excellence Manager, you will oversee a range of responsibilities aimed at driving operational excellence and retail standards in the SEA region. Your role will involve working closely with local retail teams to implement continuous improvement projects and ensure high standards of operational efficiency, clarity, and synergy across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new store openings, refurbishments, and operational arrangements to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to drive sales growth and optimize retail performance through effective inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Develop and maintain the retail handbook, ensuring that operational standards are continuously improved and aligned across the region.
  • Oversee security measures across stores, investigate abnormal events, and report findings to ensure lasting improvements and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to optimize spending, negotiate contracts, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by store teams and monitor adherence to established guidelines.
  • Manage non-merchandise materials, such as packaging, uniforms, and other essentials, to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate maintenance works, night work schedules, and travel arrangements for store teams.
  • Participate in bi-annual stock-takes, reconcile discrepancies, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
