About the Role:
This position involves implementing and monitoring safety measures on-site in compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be able to identify and mitigate risks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety measures on-site in compliance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate safety training for staff and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate and maintain safety documentation, reports, and certifications.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure safety standards are integrated into daily operations.
Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 30 years old.
- Experience: 3-4 years in site safety management or related roles.
Education:
Diploma and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent certification.
Skills and Qualifications:
A strong understanding of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and relevant safety regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks. Good communication and leadership skills.
