Job Title: Safety Admin

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process workmen compensation insurance & claims.
  • Assist in implementation of the organization's SHMS.
  • Coordinate EHS promotional activities within the organisation.
  • Participate as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization.
  • Briefs safety manager team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program.
  • Assist in conduct of monthly corporate WSH committee meetings.
  • Take minutes of all meetings and maintain proper records.
  • Submit EHS related documentations (internal and external).
  • Maintain all relevant RHS records.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.
