Job Title:
Safety and Risk Manager

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with industry norms and legislation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on safety procedures.
  • Manage and maintain safety records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure effective implementation of safety policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science/Engineering or related field.
  • Additional professional qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Registered Officer with the relevant authorities.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment in relevant industries.
  • Good knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation, and other safety-related aspects.
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and supervisory skills.
