Job Title: Technical Instrumentation Specialist

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites.
  • Provide technical assistance and solutions to customers, ensuring minimum downtime and high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation related to each site visit or technical activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Assist in product demonstrations or technical presentations if required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and timely support.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2–4 years of experience in servicing scientific or analytical instruments is preferred.
  • Technical understanding of scientific analyzers and laboratory instrumentation would be beneficial.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for on-site service assignments.
