Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist Job Overview

This is a key role in our organization responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and instrumentation manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, modifying, upgrading, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to optimize performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, modify, upgrade, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide repair services to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of production.
  • Responsible for data management, project support, control support, and ISO audits to maintain compliance.
  • Study equipment performance and reliability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish programs and solutions to increase uptime and resolve equipment problems affecting the manufacturing process.
  • Define and write preventative maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
  • Perform equipment and instrumentation calibration and maintenance in accordance with Site Safety and GMP procedures.
  • Support equipment qualification through walkdowns, punch lists, commissioning, and IQ on new projects.
  • Execute work orders and record jobs performed via a centralized system.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance works to ensure quality.
Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as knowledge of maintenance and repair principles.
