Job Title: Electrical Instrumentation Specialist

Job Description:

Maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation manufacturing systems are critical to ensure continuous production.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as knowledge of maintenance and repair principles.

  • Installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to optimize performance.
  • Instrument and/or electrical repair services to minimize downtime.
  • Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support, and ISO audits support to maintain compliance.
  • Study equipment performance and reliability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish programs and solutions to increase uptime and resolve equipment problems affecting the manufacturing process.
  • Define and write preventative maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.
  • Perform equipment and instrumentation calibration and maintenance in accordance with Site Safety and GMP procedures.
  • Support equipment qualification through walkdowns, punch lists, commissioning, and IQ on new projects.
  • Execute work orders and record jobs performed via a centralized system.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance works to ensure quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects to drive excellence.
