Staffing Operations Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Staffing Operations Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the staffing & recruitment process for our store operations.

  • Recruit, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment of pandamart store operations personnel through various channels/platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Maintain proactive communication with business stakeholders throughout the recruiting life-cycle and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline progress.
  • Ensure all shifts are filled by setting up and building a pool of temporary manpower to support daily operations.
  • Monitor and analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
  • Provide training and roll call reminders to ensure 100% attendance among new hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is required.
  • The ability to work outside of standard office hours/weekends for urgent staffing needs is essential.
  • A solid understanding of MOM's labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent judgment of character and skills in candidate screening and interviewing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
