Recruitment Operations Specialist

The Human Resource Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR team by handling various operational functions. This encompasses recruitment, employee onboarding, and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and talent selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and manage interview processes.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Nurture partnerships with educational institutions for internship and graduate hiring.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
  • Contribute to HR projects and support diverse people initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in operational or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Infotech HRM system is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who is adaptable and eager to contribute.
