We\'re Hiring: Recruiting Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Recruiting Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize our talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with recruiting systems, and a passion for improving operational efficiency to support our growing team.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize recruiting workflows and processes
Maintain recruiting metrics and generate performance reports
Administer ATS and recruiting technology platforms
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Analyze recruiting data to identify improvement opportunities
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams
Qualifications
Experience with recruiting operations or HR systems
Strong analytical and data management skills
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Detail-oriented with process improvement mindset
