New Product Introduction Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:
The Quality Assurance Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of new products. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting new product introduction (NPI) from project launch to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support NPI: Oversee the quality of new products from testing, sample builds to mass production.
- Perform FAI and Tabulation: Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and tabulate measured data into the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
- Collaborate with Program Managers: Work closely with program managers on NPI builds and engineering evaluations.
- Train QC Inspectors: Conduct trainings to QC inspectors before handover of NPI projects to Production.
- Qualification Validation: Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes, and test methods.
- Document Control: Create, review, and update Work Instructions, Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans, Quality Inspection Standards, and Sample boards.
