Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Specialist
About the Role:- We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to support our New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring product quality from testing to mass production.
- The successful candidate will perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and compile data into FAIR reports, collaborating with program managers on NPI builds and engineering evaluations.
- This role involves training QC inspectors before handing over NPI projects to production, validating equipment, processes, and test methods for qualification, and preparing Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Quality Standards.
- Familiarity with quality processes in a manufacturing environment is essential, along with knowledge of quality tools to support inspections and problem-solving.
- The ideal candidate should be able to understand engineering drawings, basic Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing concepts, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
