Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance in our business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems and experience in the aerospace industry.
- Investigate warranty complaints, high rework areas, and workmanship scrap issues with respective teams to reduce overall Cost of Poor Quality.
- Liaise with Operations/Engineering to investigate and drive avoidance of repair-induced Departures.
- Engage & train inspectors and certifying staff to ensure disposition & inspection process.
- Communicate Quality First culture and Quality improvement plans through Quality corner sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or equivalent).
- Candidate with relevant aerospace experience in repair/manufacturing or a quality assurance role has added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of PC software (Microsoft Office).
