Product Introduction Specialist
">- Lead the development and implementation of new product introduction processes from concept to mass production at OSAT facilities.
- Focus on QFP and BGA, ensuring quality standards are met while identifying opportunities for cost reduction in packaging materials and process optimizations.
- Evaluate manufacturability and ensure smooth product ramp-up by defining and implementing package development, assembly, and testing for new power management IC products in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and align qualification processes, interface with the quality department for quality confirmation, and establish data exchange between OSAT and Continental for traceability, quality assurance, and yield monitoring.
- Implement part traceability concepts, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on NPI project status, risks, and milestones.
- Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of issues and evaluate manufacturability.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field) with a minimum of five years' experience in semiconductor or subcon management.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, electronic testing, and automotive electronic qualification requirements.
- Strong technical proficiency in package and assembly processes is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and a quality-focused mindset.
- Team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and travel frequently.
