About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and commercially driven business leader to join our team as President-APAC based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies for the region in conjunction with the Group holding company's Board of Directors.
  • Implement all agreed strategies within the region for all commercial departments and products.
  • Provide monthly reports to the CEO regarding the region's performance.
  • Effectively manage and motivate employees within the region, including communicating all relevant business strategies.
  • Ensure that all personnel in the region adhere to relevant group and local policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of substantial leadership and management experience in the aviation industry.
  • Located in Singapore or willing to relocate.
  • Previous working experience in the APAC Region is highly preferred.
  • Airport operations and air chartering experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Consistent successful track record in shaping sales strategy.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Unwavering dedication to integrity and professionalism.
  • Outstanding people management skills with high EQ to build a collaborative team environment.
