Job Description:

The role of Programmes Manager contributes to the strategic development of Aidha's programme offerings. This position is responsible for supporting the development of both current and new curriculum initiatives, as well as managing curriculum updates.

  • Contribute to programme development and enhancement by reviewing and refining curriculum
  • Assist with short course development, including content creation and piloting
  • Contribute to online initiatives and strategy
  • Lead the planning and delivery of the annual Graduation Business and Personal Financial Plan Competition
  • Support the development of new programmes and collaborations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have experience in programme development and evaluation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

They must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, cope with change, and enjoy interacting with people from different nationalities and backgrounds.
