Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Programme Executive to lead the development and execution of programme management plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programme scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and resources to ensure successful completion within established parameters.

This role requires strong leadership skills to allocate and manage resources across multiple planned projects/activities within each assigned programme. Optimizing resource utilization and addressing resource constraints are key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance teams to establish and manage programme budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and SOP. Additionally, they will be responsible for establishing and overseeing programme risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and developing contingency plans and strategies.

This role involves tracking and ensuring that programmes are managed and executed in accordance with government regulations, company policies, commitments, and goals. Effective communication is crucial when managing stakeholders, including internal cross-functional project teams, leadership, and external customers, suppliers, and international partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as a project or programme manager
  • Proven experience in programme life cycle, financial and risk management
  • Qualification/Certification in programme management (PMP) or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
