Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management Specialist to lead our Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) function across multiple operational sites.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Operations team to implement safety improvements, conducting WHS risk assessments, and providing guidance to stakeholders on risk levels and acceptable controls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading incident investigations and developing sustainable corrective action plans
  • Identifying and mitigating safety risks in the operational environment
  • Implementing Amazon WHSMS procedures and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (safety, environmental, or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including pivot tables and chart development
