Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for procurement administration? We are seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to join our team at Careers@Gov.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the procurement activities of LTA's construction, goods, and services procurement. As a Senior Procurement Administrator, you will be responsible for administering procurement procedures, monitoring progress, and providing expert advice to colleagues across various divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer procurement activities for construction, goods, and services procurement
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely award of contracts
  • Provide expert advice on procurement procedures to colleagues

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Project and Facilities Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Vast experience in procurement administration, including handling goods and services as well as construction-related procurement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Government procurement experience, preferably with knowledge of GeBiz and SAP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access
