Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Director for Tokenization to lead our team in developing innovative tokenization solutions. This role involves overseeing the creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic objectives.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management, emphasizing blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing tokenization projects or digital securities products, especially related to real-world assets (RWAs).
  • Preferred knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other conventional financial instruments.
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process.
  • Awareness of global financial markets and regulations, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US.
