Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Support for Research to join our Research Department at KK Women's & Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our research community, working closely with researchers and collaborators from academic and healthcare institutions.

The Executive Support for Research will handle key responsibilities such as IRB application submission and management, grant management, tracking of utilized/disbursed funds, monitoring of research KPIs, and deliverables. They will also provide support in daily operational matters and ad-hoc projects, including research website administration, organizing research-related training/workshops, and providing secretariat support.

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Nursing with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in research administration/project management
  • Highly competent in IT skills (e.g. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and well-versed with the evolving research landscape in Singapore
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and self-directed learning ability
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to work within given deadlines, and multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good report-writing ability
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a team player with initiative and resourcefulness
