As a Presales Product Specialist, you will build relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of our platform while driving adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible
- Port tickets out to appropriate teams when needed and retain position as customer's point person through resolution

As a Presales Product Specialist, you are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of our platform while driving adoption.
