About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for diamonds and excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:
  • To provide exceptional customer experience by educating clients about diamond retail industry, helping them choose ring designs, and ensuring smooth flow for clients throughout their buying journey.
  • To operate largely on an appointment basis, conducting 1.5-2 hour education sessions about diamonds and product demos to create awareness and showcase products.
  • To continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments and ensure up-to-date knowledge of diamond market trends.
Requirements:
  1. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in High-End Retail, preferably in a jewellery sales role.
  3. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
