The estimated salary for this role is up to $4,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include assisting Professor with reports, proposals, meeting documents, presentations, speeches, and other communication materials. You will also organize meeting minutes, analyze data, and identify key information to prepare materials supporting the Centre's strategies.

  • Handle ethics and grant applications as well as project management.
  • Manage the calendar, schedule meetings (including international ones), arrange travel, and handle travel, transport, and hospitality claims.
  • Compile performance data, coordinate staff hiring, and assist in the annual performance review process.
  • Support meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Business Management or any related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in personal assistance to Senior Management is also required. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint to create graphics for slides will be an advantage.
