Highly Skilled Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support to our management team in a fast-paced trading environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant is required, with a proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A competitive salary of SGD $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, inclusive of benefits, awaits the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Manage office supplies, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with external partners and clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Support in handling confidential documents and maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
