We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Engineering Leadership Specialist to spearhead our Retail Trading team.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for guiding a talented team of iOS, Android, Backend, and QA engineers to build and scale innovative retail trading products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor: Manage and grow a high-performing engineering team (iOS, Android, Backend, QA), fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Technical Strategy & Execution: Partner with the Product Manager to define the product roadmap and technical strategy. Drive the end-to-end delivery of new features and products, from conception and design to development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary engineering voice, collaborating closely with product, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and mentoring software engineering teams, preferably in a cross-functional environment including mobile (iOS/Android) and backend engineers.
  • Strong Technical Acumen: A strong background in software development with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions. While hands-on coding isn't the primary focus, familiarity with technologies like Golang, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is highly preferred.
  • Mobile Expertise: Experience with native mobile development (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform frameworks like React Native is a huge plus.
