Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Microsoft Intune and M365 Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices, applications, and services within our Microsoft environment. With a focus on security, user experience, and compliance, this position involves key responsibilities such as administering and configuring Intune for mobile device and application management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration, as well as knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting experience are also essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Intune for mobile device and application management, focusing on seamless enrollment, compliance, and configuration management for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues and application deployments, providing technical support for Intune and M365 services.
  • Manage M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, configuring and maintaining security policies, user access, and compliance rules across the M365 suite.
  • Implement security best practices in both Intune and M365, including Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and data protection standards, collaborating with IT teams to resolve user or system issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience in managing mobile devices, security policies, and cloud applications.
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting experience.
  • M365 certifications, such as the Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, are highly valued.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning is preferred, as well as PowerShell scripting experience for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other security tools is also desirable.
