Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' engineering efforts. Your strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to clients through on-site visits, phone calls, or emails.
  • Assisting project managers with technical tasks and projects at semiconductor fabs in Singapore and occasional overseas locations.
  • Performing preventive maintenance, trouble-shooting, and equipment start-ups.
  • Documenting engineering documents, including installation/service reports and SOPs.
  • Facilitating CIP projects that add value to customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and participating in their development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in front-end semiconductor fab environments.
  • A diploma or ITE qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of customer service.
