Case Support Specialist

Case Support Specialist

This role is responsible for managing case referrals and providing support services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection, transportation, and sorting of seizures.
  • Preparation and submission of all referral documents.

Detailed Scope of Work
  • Travel from office to designated locations (scheduled or ad-hoc) to collect, transport, and process seizures.
  • Receive, sort, and conduct preliminary checks on seizures, where applicable.
  • Ensure all seizures are secured in a designated storage facilities on the same day.
  • Handle all relevant paperwork and documentation associated with seizures and referrals.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to case referral management as assigned.

Requirements
  • Prior working experience with law enforcement agencies.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
  • Personnel must be subject to approval before deployment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Physically fit, able to perform manual lifting of approximately 15kg.
  • Must possess a working mobile phone and remain contactable at all times during active duty.
