We are seeking a Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and engagement across the Forex, Crypto, and Stock trading markets in India, Thailand, and Africa.
This position will focus on retaining customers, driving repeat business, and ensuring high lifetime value by creating personalized communication and retention plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value for the Forex/Crypto/Stock trading platforms.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in retention, CRM, or customer loyalty management in Forex, Crypto, or Stock trading sectors. A strong understanding of the Forex, Crypto, and Stock markets, with a focus on customer behavior and trading patterns, is also required.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy Development:
- Leverage customer data, insights, and behavior patterns to identify at-risk traders and craft personalized retention campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other related teams to optimize user experience, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee targeted retention campaigns (e.g., email, push notifications, SMS) to re-engage users and improve retention rates.
- Reporting & KPIs:
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and churn reduction. Use data to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
