Job Description: As a Commodities Trading Analytics Specialist, you will partner with our trading, research, and data teams to develop core analytics and deliver key initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving technical and quantitative solutions to address business challenges. You will work with large datasets, build data analytics trading tools, integrate data insights into models and investment processes, and structure scalable solutions that improve model frameworks and performance.
Your Skills and Talents: To excel in this role, you must have an outstanding academic record, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, with excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Python or comparable languages. A minimum of 3-7 years of software engineering experience is required, along with exposure to complex systems architectures, Unix operating systems, and various database technologies. Familiarity with commodity markets is an advantage. You should be highly motivated, committed to excellence, and possess strong attention to detail.
