Job Overview

The Cargo Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of cargo through our operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movements.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of cargo movements.
  • Perform duties related to cargo handling and loading/unloading.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve any irregularities that may arise.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by providing support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry exposure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Local market knowledge and/or experience in air cargo sales or export/import operations.
  • Competent Driving License (CDL) and a valid driver's license.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the air cargo industry.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
