Job Opportunity: Regional School Improvement Partner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our regional team as a Regional School Improvement Partner. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with school leaders to drive evidence-based school improvement, fostering a culture of support, challenge, accountability, and trust across our schools.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of educational best practices. They will be able to navigate ambiguity and cultural complexity with confidence, while maintaining a calm and pragmatic approach under pressure.

Our ideal candidate is a trusted partner to senior leaders, with high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills. They will be responsible for establishing and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that priorities and projects are delivered, monitored, and evaluated according to our Assurance Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement school improvement strategies
  • Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate progress against key performance indicators
  • Provide coaching and guidance to school leaders to enhance their capacity for school improvement
