Project Manager - Construction

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control and Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the project planning, budgeting, and risk management process.

  • To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • To manage and control project costs, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on actual expenditures.
  • To develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control processes.
  • To identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact the project.
  • To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and BIM (Building Information Modelling).
