Project Manager Role Overview

The Project Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of the New System Refresh Project. This involves collaborating closely with Team Leads and Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities include conducting structured sessions to gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders, creating and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft tools, and overseeing vendor coordination and procurement processes.

Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as the Project Manager will need to develop and present stakeholder communications, including progress updates and executive-level presentations.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in leading technical transformation projects, ideally within field service management domains. They should also possess proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
