Job Role
The Customer Relations Admin Officer will play a crucial role in supporting our team at Inchcape plc. Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our databases and information systems
* Managing VIP and selected call lists, updating them regularly and ensuring relevant status is updated in the CRM and Dealer Management System
* Assisting in preparing outbound call lists for call agents
* Maintaining and updating database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for data elements and tables
* Making outgoing calls to customers, ensuring timely follow-up and compilation of reports
* Addressing customer needs, complaints, or issues with products and services
* Raising and following up on service tickets for system issues or enhancements and user access/permissions
* Following up on technical case tickets raised to support process owners managing projects
* Preparing invoices/receiving orders in SAP Concur and Coupa systems
* Tabulating sales incentives and consolidating sales performance reports

Requirements
* Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC Diploma in any field
* Proficiency in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent customer relations and communication skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
